We are entering a design dark-age (Page not complete)

The internet is seeing a shift in it's aesthetics to Corporate Memphis as they become the dominant strategy of branding. With this optimization of "art" just merely as a medium between customer and brand, communicating the very simple "acknowledge us" that marketing does, we begin to lose that very beautiful essence of aesthetics that the early 2000-2010s held to. Now, that isn't to say that corporate art styles are inherently uninspired, in-fact, Frutiger Aero is inspired majorly by company branding and website aesthetics from major companies in the 2000s to 2010s. Despite this, when competitors of another company shift, so do the other competitors, and it becomes the norm to copy the other person.
